Why are sessions limited to 60 minutes?
Continuous listening uses a lot of battery, so a session lasts up to 60 minutes. Then you can start a new one.
Does it work without an Apple Watch?
Yes. Start a session on your iPhone and it vibrates with a live counter on screen. Start it on Apple Watch, and you feel the tap on your wrist.
Is my voice recorded?
No. Audio is analyzed on your device: only the last few seconds of conversation are held in memory, then discarded. It is not saved or sent, and no text is created.
Who listens — iPhone or Apple Watch?
Whichever device you start the session on.
Which languages does it support?
English. It recognizes “um” and “uh”, including the long “umm” and “uhh”.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → OkiTalkie → Cancel Subscription.
